Ljudmila Rudenko[ edit ]
Ljudmila Rudenko (russisch Людмила Владимировна Руденко, Ljudmila Wladimirowna Rudenko, ukrainisch Людмила Володимирівна Руденко, Ljudmila Wolodymyriwna Rudenko, * 27. Juli 1904 in Lubny bei Poltawa; † 5. März 1986 in Leningrad) war eine sowjetische Schachspielerin.

Sie stammte aus der Ukraine, lebte aber seit 1929 in Leningrad.

1950 gewann sie das Turnier um die – nach dem Tod von Vera Menchik vakante – Schachweltmeisterschaft der Frauen. 1953 verlor sie den Titel wieder in einem Wettkampf gegen Jelisaweta Bykowa.
