Harry Golombek[ edit ]

Harry Golombek (March 11911–January 7 1995), was a British chess player.

He was three times British chess champion. He was for many years the chess correspondent of the Times newspaper. He was an official of the Fédération Internationale des Échecs and editor of some well-known collections of games.
