Tonu Oim[ edit ]

Tõnu Õim (born June 16, 1941 in Tallinn) is an Estonian grandmaster of the correspondence chess, most famous for being the only man to have won the ICCF World Champion in correspondence chess twice, in 1983 and 1999.
