Victor Palciauskas[ edit ]

Dr Victor Palciauskas (born October 3, 1941 in Kaunas, Lithuania as Vytas Palciauskas) is an US grandmaster of the correspondence chess, most famous for being the tenth ICCF World Champion in correspondence chess between 1978 and 1984.
